Logging in and Registration
The Center for Writing Excellence offers three kinds of appointments: 1) in person; 2) live online chat (video conference); and 3) written feedback online (does not require meeting).
To schedule any of the three types of appointments, you will need to go to our schedule log-in page at aug.mywconline.com. Log in using your Jag ID and password.
Once logged in, select your preferred schedule from the "Welcome" landing page. Once in your preferred schedule, white spaces are available appointments. Click on the desired day/time and choose your appointment type.
Scheduling Appointments
Note that white spaces on the schedule are available appointments.
Three Appointment Types
In-Person Appointment: Schedule in-person appointments by selecting "No. Schedule In Person appointment" on your appointment form. Drop-in in-person appointments are also welcome during these hours dependent upon consultant availability.
Live Online Chat Appointment: Schedule live online chat appointments by choosing "Yes. Schedule Live Online Chat appointment" on the appointment form. Live online chat appointments happen in real time and take place within the WCOnline scheduler (log in, find your appointment, click on it, and click the "start or join online consultation" red hyperlink to move into the chat). You have the option to use video, audio, and text during these appointments, and you can screen share and use the collaborative white board space.
Written Feedback Online Appointment: Schedule written feedback online appointments by choosing "Yes. Schedule Written Feedback Online appointment" on the appointment form when scheduling. Written feedback appointments do not require a live meeting with a consultant. On your appointment form, upload your assignment and prompt. You'll receive an email with your file attached at the end of the appointment time. You can also retrieve your file any time by accessing your original appointment form. It will appear at the bottom labeled "client report form file."

Spring 2024 Staffing
The CWE is staffed by undergraduate and graduate peer consultants as well as professional faculty consultants. Undergraduates should book appointments on our undergraduate or Greenblatt schedules. Graduate students and faculty should book on our grad/faculty or Greenblatt schedules. Faculty and advanced graduate students are encouraged to meet with professional staff: Drs. Bond, Garner, Hinton, and Soblo. You can learn more about all consultants through their bios.
